From January 1,2025 to June 30,2025, the Beijing courts had reviews of 114296 various commercial and financial cases, including 108080 cases of trial of first instance and 6216 cases of trial of second instance, and 69499 pending cases, with a case settlement rate of 62%, and a settlement rate of 100% within the time limit; the average trial time for cases of first instance is 50 days, and that for second instance is 48 days.
