From January 1,2025 to May 31,2025, the Beijing courts had reviews of 92451 various commercial and financial cases, including 87142 cases of trial of first instance and 5309 cases of trial of second instance, and 65799 pending cases, with a case settlement rate of 58%, and a settlement rate of 100% within the time limit; the average trial time for cases of first instance is 50 days, and that for second instance is 47 days.
