From January 1,2025 to August 31,2025, the Beijing courts had reviews of 164869 various commercial and financial cases, including 156464 cases of trial of first instance and 8405 cases of trial of second instance, and 71338 pending cases, with a case settlement rate of 70%, and a settlement rate of 100% within the time limit; the average trial time for cases of first instance is 51 days, and that for second instance is 49 days.
