From January 1,2025 to March 31,2025, the Beijing courts had reviews of 44587 various commercial and financial cases, including 41918 cases of trial of first instance and 2669 cases of trial of second instance, and 58289 pending cases, with a case settlement rate of 43%, and a settlement rate of 100% within the time limit; the average trial time for cases of first instance is 54 days, and that for second instance is 46 days.
